I can help you lose weight and achieve your goals. I am not a push over trainer. When you train with me you will work outside your comfort zone. If you say "I can't" be ready to do it. I do not take NO for an answer and by the end of the session you will know you are capable of far more than you think. Be prepared to put in the work to get the results you want. I'm not going to lie to you and tell you it will be easy. To achieve the body you want it takes HARDWORK, DEDICATION, SWEAT, TEARS AND COMMITMENT...I WILL BE YOUR MOTIVATION....SO BE READY TO WORK!
Everyone has a different goal. To lose 100lbs or 20lbs. Have more definition, or train for a sporting event. I do not judge people and I can motivate you to be your best.
We will start off with a consultation. Just a one on one about what your goals are. From there we will take your stats (weight, measurements, body fat%, any health issues, resting heart rate, target heart rate, blood pressure and eating habits).
Training can take place outside or at your home. If you prefer to join Fit for Her I can train you at the gym!
